义恩堂1985年开始了主日学的工作。1989年开始租用屋子供做崇拜用途。
1997年建筑教育楼供做崇拜用途。
2012年，开始筹募建造新圣堂。这是由于参与主日崇拜的人数不断增长，目前的圣堂已不能负荷教会的成长需求。
