双恩堂于1997年，在菜园岛会友家展开主日学事工。
2003年，成立Sg.Plan福音中心，并开始主日崇拜。
2005年，升为双溪巴兰布道处(Sg.Plan Methodist Preaching Centre)。
2005年搬移聚会所到Sg.Plan店屋楼上。
2008年，由于Sg.Plan店屋楼上的屋主开始征收租金，因此迁回会所原有独立屋会所。
双恩堂正式于2013年升为堂会。
