磐石堂设立于石隆门。布道处工作始于1981年，在一间学校的牙科室。当时由一位姐妹在这间牙科室开办了主日学，让福音的种子在这里开花结果。
石隆门布道站于1986年3月23日正式开始运作。
堂会现址于1991年购置，并有一间平房供崇拜用途。如今新教堂已建成使用。
