会长的话（七）代代相传：宣教更加摆上

​去年，我在一个教会营会里讲道，与负责音乐的干事谈起诗歌。他认为华人写的诗歌和韩国人写的诗歌大有不同。他就比较喜欢韩国人写的诗歌，为什么呢？因为他们写的诗歌总是有那一种视死如归，愿意像主耶稣那样牺牲生命的决心，就如这首“使命”的第一节和副歌带出了完全的摆上：

​主耶穌走過的十架路，我也願跟隨
流出寶血犧牲的道路，我要跟隨到底
險峻的山嶺也無所謂，天涯海角我也願跟隨

為了拯救失喪的靈魂，我願捨棄寶貴生命

父啊，求祢差遣我！我要奔走十架路
不惜犧牲我寶貴生命，求祢差遣我

 我会的宣教需要更加摆上吗？

​摆上？什么是摆上？

​一般的字典解释说，“摆”是“陈列，安放”之意。“摆上”是陈列或安放在上面之意。但基督徒的这个用词有“献上给上帝”或者“把自己摆在上帝面前，任主差遣，让主使用”等之意。

​宣教？什么是宣教？

​宣教在此文章里的定义是“海外跨文化的布道和牧养工作”。

​二十年下来，我会已经差遣五十多位的长期宣教士（短期的将近九十位）到十一个海外的宣教工场。别人看我会好像在宣教方面非常的摆上，我们看自己也好像相当的摆上，还要更加摆上？哪儿需要更加摆上？怎样的摆上呢？容许我建议至少三方面的摆上：

 （一） 人数的摆上：

虽然过去廿年下来，我会已经派出了54位宣教士，但距离2020年的100人目标尚有一段距离，我们需要在宣教士人数方面更加的摆上，让我们凭着信心向庄稼的主呼求，求祂打发工人出去，因为主耶稣吩咐：“ 37 …要收的庄稼多，做工的人少。38 所以，你们当求庄稼的主打发工人出去收他的庄稼。”（马太九章）

 （二） 祷告的摆上：

虽然过去我会以十年的祷告才开始了宣教的工作，也以连锁祷告托住了宣教的工作，但是我们的宣教士们，各堂会的牧者与会友们需要在为宣教的祷告方面更加的摆上。如何摆上呢？更愿意采取行动清晨起来祷告，用更长的时间等候上帝、祷告上帝，更要下定决心每星期至少一天的禁食祷告，参与我会现今推动的星期四晚餐之后至星期五下午三时的禁食祷告时段，大家同心同行。正如安提阿教会因为禁食祷告而决定派出宣教士，也借着禁食祷告托住宣教士：“2 他们侍奉主、禁食的时候，圣灵说：“要为我分派巴拿巴和扫罗，去做我召他们所做的工。” 3 于是禁食、祷告，按手在他们头上，就打发他们去了。” （使徒十三）

在宣教上，除了人数的摆上，祷告的摆上，其实最重要的还是生命的摆上。

 （三） 生命的摆上：

主耶稣是最伟大的宣教士，从天上的荣华富贵降生到最卑微的马槽里，生长在贫苦人中的贫苦人，一生没有枕头，最后的枕头叫做“十字架”，他为了爱我们这些罪人，舍身流血，是完全摆上的生命，祂不只用嘴唇传讲福音，祂的生命（为世人死和复活）更成为了福音、成就了宣教。

​我们信靠主耶稣的人，理当回应主的厚恩大爱，跟随祂的脚踪而行，以言以行传扬福音，正如使徒彼得所说：“20 你们若因犯罪受责打，能忍耐，有什么可夸的呢？但你们若因行善受苦，能忍耐，这在神看是可喜爱的。21 你们蒙召原是为此，因基督也为你们受过苦，给你们留下榜样，叫你们跟随他的脚踪行。” （彼前二）

​许多宣教士跟随了主耶稣的脚踪而行，祂所呼召的使徒保罗自称是“为主被囚的”（弗四1），主的门徒们个个为主殉道，二千年下来成千上万的宣教士为主舍身流血，都成为了我们更加摆上的榜样。

​几年前，当卫理神学院讲师和神学生们去韩国进行祷告之旅时，我们在宣教博物院里看到一百多年下来许许多多韩国基督教的殉道者。在上课时，教导我们的韩国牧师问我们：“你们在马来西亚的教会有没有人为主流血过啊？有人殉道吗？”那时候，我们相对无言，我们真的想不起来有谁为主流过血！我们只想到打篮球时，有时候跌倒流了血。但今天，如果韩国牧师再问我们这个问题，我可以回答他：“有的，我们有人为主流血了。。。”

​亲爱的弟兄姐妹，时候到了，是我们在宣教上更加摆上的时候。我们需要更多的大学生摆上给主使用，我们需要更多的父母摆上孩子给主使用，我们需要更多完全摆上的牧者，宣教士和弟兄姐妹。
